How to gain weight
Now-a-days there is a very big problem about weight gaining. Every 1 out of 3 people suffering from this. Everybody wants an attractive personality. So here i come to tell you how to increase weight easily in just 1 month.
So now i can tell you a diet chart of a day.
Morning:-
6-7 am-- You can take a bowl of chickpeas(Chana), Soyabean and Groundnuts(Moongfali). Chana, Soyabean and Groundnuts are rich source of protein and protein is very essential for weight gaining.

8-9 am-- You can go for workout, remember one thing workout is necessary either you want to gain weight or you want to lose weight.

After workout take Banana Shake( You can add any type of dry fruits in it). Banana Shake after the workout helps you to gain weight and increase you energy. If you don't like banana shake then eat atleast 2 banana and drink milk.

After 2 hours take breakfast
In breakfast take a glass of milk with 2 parathas or you can take bread
Afternoon:-
At 2 pm take lunch
In lunch you can eat 4 chapatis with sabji and full plate of rice.
Rice is very good for gaining weight.
Evening:-
At 5 pm you can eat Paneer if your are a non-vegetarian you can eat Eggs.
At 8 pm Eat dinner (Just like lunch but at this time there is no need to eat rice).
If you still hungry drink a glass of milk 1 hours before the time of sleeping.
Note:- You can take atleast 8 hours of sleep .
There are some more tricks which you can follow for better results-
- Stop smoking
- Don't drink water before meal
- Avoid masturbation because you know the side effects of masturbation.
- Eat dark chocolate if you are chocolate lover.
- Try protein shakes.
Follow this diet for atleast 1 month
Before starting this diet chart you must measure your weight so that after 1 month you will easily calculate your weight.
It is very simple diet so everybody can follow this. I think you guys got your answer on how to gain weight. Just measure your weight before and after 1 month and see the changes.
